Terms of Service

Earth Barbers Lawn Care provides lawn care, landscaping, seasonal cleanups, leaf cleanup, flower bed services, property cleanup, and related outdoor services.

Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, property conditions, scheduling, and project scope. Custom work may be quoted individually.

Quotes are based on the information and property conditions available at the time the quote is prepared and are generally valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

If the requested work, property conditions, materials, or project scope change after a quote is provided, pricing and completion time may also change.

Significant additional work will be discussed with the client before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and work areas.

• Secure pets before service.
• Remove toys, furniture, hoses, vehicles, and other obstacles when reasonably possible.
• Identify known hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, septic components, or other conditions that may affect the work.
• Communicate scheduling changes or concerns promptly.

Pricing is based on factors including labor, materials, equipment, property conditions, and the agreed scope of work.

Recurring mowing services may require payment one month in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

For other services, payment is generally due upon completion unless different payment terms are provided in writing.

Deposits or advance payments may be required for larger projects, materials, or special-order items.

Service dates may be affected by weather, ground conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Repeated late cancellations, denied property access, or scheduling issues may result in additional charges or termination of recurring service.

Earth Barbers Lawn Care takes reasonable care while performing services.

Clients are responsible for disclosing known hazards or sensitive property features that may not be readily visible.

To the extent permitted by law, Earth Barbers Lawn Care is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden or undisclosed objects or utilities, improperly installed property features, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

We may photograph completed projects, including before-and-after images, for documentation, portfolio use, our website, social media, and other marketing.

We generally focus photographs on the work performed and property features rather than personally identifying information.

If you do not want photographs of your property used for marketing, please notify us in writing.

Specific written quotes, invoices, or agreements may contain additional terms that apply to an individual project.

Our website may link to or interact with third-party services such as payment processors, scheduling platforms, social media platforms, or other websites.

Earth Barbers Lawn Care is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Earth Barbers Lawn Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by law.
